Narrabit is a device for a serendipitous exploration of a deceased person’s digital footprint. It turns data into a healing force for the grieving people. It incites towards a new creation of sense after a bereavement through narration.

It is shaped like a bowl to echo the users voice, creating a sound-enclosed environment for mindfulness. The gesture of bringing the bowl closer to the face has atavistic connotations of nourishment and sacrality, that facilitates a meditative state.

The user undertakes a visual journey. The voice becomes the controller of the stream of data, that get processed into a mesmerising collage of memories.
